1-Month Pass
Ride often? A pass could save you money.
A TriMet 1-Month Pass (also known as a "monthly pass") is valid for unlimited rides on buses, MAX Light Rail Portland Streetcar and Portland Aerial Tram for the entire calendar month. If you ride twice a day or more, a 1-Month Pass could save you time and money.
How to use it
You can buy a 1-Month Pass valid for travel in All Zones or 2 Zones (choose Zones 1 & 2 or Zones 2 & 3). Learn more about fare zones
On the bus: As you board, show your pass to the operator and have a seat.
On MAX and Portland Streetcar: Be ready to show your pass if a TriMet employee asks to see proof of payment.
Discounts for youth, students, seniors and people with disabilities
Youth ages 7-17, students in high school or pursuing a GED, seniors age 65 or older, Medicare members and people with a mental or physical disability may qualify for a discounted pass valid in all zones. Learn more about discounted fares
